A modular field power case with hot-swap battery packs and a regulated distribution bus. Each bay is keyed and blind-mateable; the lid doubles as a cable-management tray. The system scales from a single pack to a six-bay transit case without changing the interface.
The work covered cell selection, thermal layout, the sheet-metal and injection-molded parts, and the full tolerance stack for the mating features.
